Grabo Balloons is an Italian company, a world leader in the production of foil balloons.
It was founded in 1982 in Coriano, a small inland town from a very clear idea of its founder Giorgio Grassi: the world needs more balloons.
More than 40 years have passed since then.
These years are marked by continuous research and innovation.
From the point of view of the quality of our product, entirely made in Italy and with the best raw materials and paints, from the point of view of trends that are extremely important to us, to sustainability, where we try every day to do our best to make our best contribution to the planet.
For this reason, starting in 2024 our 18" balloons will be produced using recycled material.
The importance of sustainable initiatives for foil balloon manufacturers
Grabo's sustainable initiatives are as many as our company's love for the environment.
Recycled material is just the latest of these and the first in a new long series.
The roof of our company is entirely covered with photovoltaic panels which allows us to produce about 350 megawatt-hours per year and consequently save about 26 thousand trees each year.
Our love also reaches out to the animals. Terre di Grabo is a wide green area within which so many species of animals live in harmony with each other, surrounded by greenery and nature.
However, the launch of the recycled material marks a turning point for us.
From this point, starting this year, Grabo will work every day to increase the percentage of recycled material within its product in order to decrease its impact on the surrounding environment.
